I was pleasantly surprised at this airport hotel being so immaculately kept, considering the amount of traffic that flows through on a regular basis. Kudos to the staff for maintaining this Holiday Inn to such high standards! One of, if not THEE best airport hotels I've ever stayed in!

Very convenient position in Airport. Staff let us use facilities when we weren't staying a few weeks before whilst we waited for a connecting flight. They even let us leave baggage while we visited Central Santiago. Beds are extremely comfortable. Restaurant good. Not disturbed by plane noise. Rooms very large and easy to work in. Good Internet which was complementary. Best bit is that it is less than 2 mins walk from Domestic Terminal and little more than 5 mins walk from International Terminal.

The location is across the road from the domestic terminal and an easy 3 min stroll from the international terminal. For convenience there is no where better. I stayed here for a night after flying into SCL and the night before leaving SCL at the end of the trip. The hotel rooms are bit dated (i.e. its vintage 90s bathroom decor) but well well appointed and comfortable. The beds and pillow are very comfortable and I had great sleep after a long flight. There was a spot for opening the suitcase in the room - something many hotels lack these days. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly and polite. The food at the restaurant was very nice, served fast and at a reasonable price. The room was spacious, clean, tastefully furnished and decorated. The toiletry products where very nice and the bathroom was spotless. The windows where acoustically very well insulated, one could barely hear the planes despite being located directly at the international airport. Room temperature was moderately cool, appreciated on hot summer days in Santiago, and the air conditioner was easy to adjust. Internet connection was fast and stable.

A very conveniently placed at the airport, a few min walk to the hotel, has a sliding walkway from the international and the hotel is just in front of the domestic, best accessed with the outdoor placed elevator. My phone was not working but they replaced it straight away without me having to ask so that was great. And most of the staff was really friendly, front desk was great.

- I arrived early hours of the morning (1am) so just wanted to check in and go to my room and that is what happened. - The employee allowed me to have a late check out which I really appreciated - Solo female traveller who didn't want to be out on the road that late so it did the job for me!

Location was great, literally right across from the domestic departure terminal, all you have to do is walk cross the small street. Also very close to international departure, maybe a 5 minutes walk from international gate in small walk way that is not expose to traffic so you shouldn't have problem at all walking from any gate to/from the airport. The restaurant food was actually quite decent. If you have a short connection flight or an early flight (my case, flight was 7AM) and don't want want to deal with driving to the airport then this is the best option in the city. I woke up, get ready and walked 5 minutes to the checkin counter.

We stayed in three different hotels during our trip to Santiago and this is the only one that had good heating in the room and great shower with proper bath tub. Walking distance to domestic and international terminals.
